FAQ
Integration FAQ

How often do integrations sync?
Every 30 minutes, automatically. A new integration also runs once right after you connect it.
Which tools connect directly?
SkuVault, Descartes Finale, Linnworks and SellerCloud are partner integrations you connect from Settings → Integrations. Any other tool can feed Flashpricer through a Google Sheet, a hosted CSV or an FTP file.
What data can I sync?
Cost, min and max price, MAP, repricing strategy, repricing on or off, FBM shipping cost, and Amazon Business min and max prices. Each row is matched to a listing by SKU.
Will an integration overwrite a cost I set by hand?
No. A cost you set manually or by upload always wins. An integration cost only replaces a cost that came from an earlier integration sync.
What if my inventory tool isn't listed?
Send its data to a Google Sheet or a hosted CSV on a schedule, then connect that. Sellers using Inventory Lab, for example, sync costs this way without a native integration.
What happens to a blank cell in my file?
A blank cell clears that field on the listing, so leave a column out entirely if you don't want it touched. A blank or zero cost counts as no cost and clears the min and max calculated from it.
